Our MOQ is 20 pieces. For trial order or sample testing, we can accept small quantity – Please contact us to discuss details. - Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes, samples are available. Sample cost will be refunded upon confirmation of a bulk order. Shipping fee for sample is on the buyer. - What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank transfer), Western Union / Paypal for small amounts. 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. - What is your production lead time?
Lead time is normally 15–20days after deposit confirmation and sample approval. This may vary depending on order quantity and customization requirements. - Do you offer custom designs / OEM / ODM?
Yes. We can produce bags with your logo,color,material,and design specifications. Please send your artwork or technical package for a feasibility and cost check. - What shipping methods do you use?
We will ship as buyer’s requirement. We can work with your forwarder or arrange shipping on your behalf. - Do you provide after-sales support?
Yes. If any manufacturing defects are found, we will replace or repair the defective items at our cost. - How do I place an order?
Simply contact us via email / WhatsApp. We will send you a quotation, proforma invoice, and production timeline. Once payment is confirmed, we will start production.
